AIPL provides for Foreign Principals for Representation and Liaison Business the following:

• Identification and Conceptualization of Projects: Provide proposals, prequalification documents identify potential suppliers sourcing partners both local and international.
• Provide assistance during pre bid stage: Provide legal advice, necessary inputs to prepare documents and compliances to proposals.
• Provide assistance during post bid stage: Mobilize support at local level to ensure best chances for our Principals to secure the contract.
• Provide assistance during contract and execution stage: Provide all necessary support during contract negotiation, logistic support, timely reporting, smooth execution of contract, timely clearance at customs and receipt of payment.

Provide assistance in acquiring local talent resources for supporting on-going  projects on behalf of the Principal or provide the local talent resources directly under AIPL’s payroll.
